These customized full or half day workshops are ideal for groups wanting to better connect with each other, communicate more effectively, identify personal and professional motivations and core values, and ultimately experience an uplifting and refreshing time of meaningful connecting. This is a day to set titles and roles aside and simply reconnect with yourself, your “why” (core values guiding your investment in your chosen field/industry), and your team in ways that will deepen new and established relationships. 

 

Jaime will facilitate your team experience by establishing a safe space for dialogue and positive interactions, guiding the group through a series of thoughtful activities and interactive learning all rooted in the CLIC (commit - learn - implement  - connect) process. Team members will be encouraged to share freely and identify core values that align with their professional goals. With Jaime’s positive and caring direction team members will experience opportunities to affirm and elevate their teammates and help their team flourish as they contribute to achieving meaningful team success.
